ENOUGH is ENOUGH!

It is over! After a long domination of management is over. It is about time to change something. It is right time to start building a new perspective of how we work. And I am talking about a close perspective. Without having supervisors, without having managers, without having superiors or bosses. I am talking about a new business model. I am talking about  a new business environment. I am talking about a new business life. Just start imagining that instead having managers we have coaches, instead having senior managers we have Business Transformation Leaders. Now, being in this new business world it is much easier to have a real autonomy and this is going to be a key word or moreover a new concept in business. Saying autonomy I am saying self-motivation. During my training carrier I have delivered over 60 "Managing the team" sessions and all the time the managers asked me "how to deal with a difficult employee?" and all the time my answer was "Stop to act like his manager". "How to inspire people?","How to cope with people who display a negative attitude?", "How to motivate them?" This is going to be a never ending story, as long as we train people to become managers. Let's do something different! Let's train them to become coaches and again I am not talking about "that type of coaches" who believe that coaching is just about discussing with people in order to help them to find some solutions. But about this topic let me give you more details next time.  In this kind of environment we could speak about Talent Management or other similar development programs.I have invented a new Learning process, I designed new tools for human development but I did a mistake. I realized that without changing business environment without having a new business model it is going to be very hard to have business results just running programs like Talent Management or Succession Planning and so on.  So I need you to start a revolution in changing actual business model. Let's really start  changing something in our working environment and will have amazing results. Are you with me?
